Summer Reading at the Finkelstein Memorial Library!

Children going into grades K-6 this fall are welcome to register for the Summer Reading Game!  The Summer kicks off with a performance from JESTER JIM on Sunday, June 24th at 2:00 pm!  Register for JESTER JIM now at the Children's Desk now.  

June 24th will be the first day to register for the Summer Reading Program!  Children who complete 3 of the 6 book logs over the summer will be invited to register for the end of the summer program: SCIENCETELLERS!


How to:

- Register in the Children's Room [Registration on June 24th will take place on the 3rd floor]

- Read at least 30 minutes per day [Tip: break the 30 minutes up throughout the day!]

- Come back once per week to turn in your book log, collect your weekly prize, and start fresh for the next week [Tip: come back the same day each week for maximum reading time!]










Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Storytime will include stories, music, crafts, felt board, plAy time and more!

Storytimes do not require registration and are for the first 20 children

unless otherwise specified

Summer Reading at the Library
