Super Stories (Preschool Ages 3-5)
Mondays, 7/1-8/5 from 2:15 – 3:00 PM
Come join us for our special storytime geared towards preschoolers! We will listen to stories, do fingerplays and songs, and incorporate movement. We end with play time and an optional craft. This is a drop in program
Toddler Time (Walkers-Preschool Age 3)
Tuesdays, 7/2-8/6 from 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Toddlers and their grownups can join us for all types of fun: stories, fingerplays, music and movement, using scarves, instruments, and more! We will incorporate early literacy tips that can also be used at home. This is a drop in program.
Teddy Bear Picnic (Walkers-Preschool Ages 5)
Wednesday, 7/3 from 10:30 – 11:30 AM
“Today’s the day the teddy bears have their picnic!” Bring your favorite bear (or bunny or kitty or doll) for a morning picnic! This is a drop in program.
Bouncing Babies (Birth-Walkers)
Every Thursday, 7/11-8/8 from 10:00 – 10:45 AM
Babies are invited to their first story time program in this special lapsit for grownups and their little ones. Babies will get exposure to stories, songs, and movement, while grownups will get to create these special moments together. This is a drop in program.
Summer Sensory Playtime (Birth-Preschool Ages 3)
Wednesday, 7/10 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM
Come and play with your child at our sensory stations! Sensory play is any activity that stimulates a child’s senses: touch, smell, taste, sight and hearing. This is a drop in program.
Early Literacy Jungle Adventure (Preschool Ages 3-5)
Wednesday, 7/31 from 2:30 – 3:15 PM
Join us on an adventure through the jungle! Children will participate in group activities and practice skills such as counting and letter sounds while helping out animal characters. This is a drop in program.
Parachute Playtime (Preschool Ages 3-5)
Wednesday, 8/7 from 2:30 – 3:15 PM
Experience a world of colorful fun as we bring out our parachute to play and sing! This is a drop in program.
Reading Buddies (Ages 6-10) [R]
Mondays & Wednesdays, 7/1-8/7 from 4:00-4:45 PM or 5:00-5:45 PM (max 1 session/day)
Reading is fun with a buddy! Your child will practice their phonics and decoding skills in a relaxed environment alongside our teen volunteers by playing literacy games and reading together. Registration required.
Summertime Family Storytime (Families)
Tuesday, 8/6 from 4:30-5:30 PM
Join us for songs, rhymes, and favorite read-aloud books in this storytime that’s fun for the whole family. For young children of all ages. This is a drop in program.
Spooky Campfire Stories (Ages 6-10)
Wednesday, 7/3 from 6:30-7:15 PM
Let’s gather around the ‘campfire’, eat some cozy camping snacks, and listen to some spine-chilling spooky stories! This is a drop in program.
Family ESL Storytime (Families)
Saturdays, 7/27 & 8/24 from 10:00-10:45 AM
Join us for Bilingual storytime in English and Spanish! We will sing songs and read books in both languages. Lots of fun for the whole family! ¡Únete a nosotros para la hora del cuento bilingüe en inglés y español! Cantaremos canciones y leeremos libros en ambos idiomas. ¡Mucha diversión para toda la familia! This is a drop in program.
Anime Sticker Magnets (Ages 9-12)

Join in on the fun as we explore the wonders of backyard science experiments together! We’ll be using everyday household items to learn, play, and discover all at once. **Science experiments can be messy, please dress appropriately. This is a drop in program.
Learn to Juggle Flower Stickers (Ages 5-8)

Join us as we learn the basics, plus a trick or two, of the ancient art of stick juggling! This is a drop in program.
Wild Science (Ages 9-12)

Together, we’ll make our very own invisible ink, LED insects, and even some sand slime! Let’s unleash our creativity and curiosity as we dive into the wonders of science! This is a drop in program.

On 7/11, join us to design and build a video game controller using our Makey Makey and some everyday objects, then take it for a test run on any web-based game! On 7/30, Circuitry is a snap with easy to use Snap Circuits! Choose from different designs or create your own. These are a drop in programs.
