Earn your community service hours by making bookmarks for our homebound patrons, helping out at programs, reading with young children, and more!
All new volunteers and returning volunteers must complete an application and attend an orientation.
Summer volunteer positions have been filled.
General Volunteers
Help us out by cleaning toys, tidying up, and cutting shapes for storytime, and more! Tasks change weekly as needed. Meets weekly on Tuesdays.
Reading Buddies
Share your love of reading with a buddy! Play word games and read together with a first or second grade reader.
ARC Angels
Never enough time to read for pleasure? This is the volunteer program you need! Read an Advanced Reading Copy (ARC) and write a comprehensive review using our handy Google form. ARCs will be provided by the library and are yours to keep. Earn community service hours based on length of book, based on three hours per 100 pages plus 1 hour per review. For example, a 300 page book will earn 10 community service hours.
Program Help
Sign up to help out at programs for all ages. From helping to pour paint to making slime, each program offers a different experience. Come join the fun!
